IMPORTANT NOTE: You will be notified once the UCI Dance Department has approved your request. You will then be emailed a waiver indicating the further terms and agreements of using a UCI Dance Department locker as well as further information. Please DO NOT move into the locker until you have signed the waiver, and the Dance Department has emailed you with approval. After a locker has been assigned to you, please be sure to remove all contents from your locker before the last day of finals week in Spring quarter, otherwise the UCI Dance Department will dispose of any contents.
